Edmonton Scene is an online magazine covering arts & culture in YEG. We are a group of writers both new & experienced. It started as an assignment in a non-fiction class to learn how to write reviews to give new writers an avenue to practice. You’ll find these articles in our archives back to 2019.
We’re here to cover everything happening artistically in Edmonton. That includes stories, review, previews, interviews and more for: music, movies, visual arts, writing, dance, theatre, food, drink, festivals, events, etc. from the community.

- We welcome students, amateurs, professionals and established writers as long as it has something to do with arts in Edmonton.
- No sports, current events, politics, or events not relevant to the Edmonton Area.
